* Once the status in Delivery tracking is “It has been shipped to the courier,” the shipping address cannot be changed.

- Enter orderer name or order number in the search box below.
- Please enter the mobile phone number you entered upon ordering to prevent the leakage of personal information.
- Check order details and click Cancel/Change button to change the shipping address.
Check with the orderer name and mobile phone number.
